The discipline of painting aims to be a means to promote the expression and communication of our students, through various techniques that awaken their interest in communicating through the language of images.
The constant practice of painting notably increases fine motor skills, concentration on details and stimulates the brain hemispheres in a coordinated way.
· The left part of the brain operates in the rational and tangible, it is the center of logic.
· The right hemisphere takes care of the emotions, intuition and creativity.
· Painting is an activity that manages to simultaneously involve both sides, strengthening the connections between both brain hemispheres.
